
Michael Gillis has worked in the Behavioral Health industry in both the private and public sectors for over 30 years. He is a highly regarded executive known for his integrity, creativity and a strong belief in Human Capital. Michael has been responsible for the clinical direction and program development for leading private behavioral health care organizations and residential treatment facilities. By deploying
strategies that include the involvement of all stakeholders in the treatment process, Michael been able to dramatically improve patient census, patient outcomes, expand referral bases and has made struggling facilities good and good facilities great. In addition, Michael has had great success in building early-stage high growth addiction companies, turn around projects, growing existing businesses, as well
as creating de novo substance abuse/mental health facilities nationally.
Michael has also managed Residential facilities in Chiang Mai, Thailand, where he was responsible for the growth and management of IOP/OP offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Sydney, Australia.
Michael was trained as a Clinical Social Worker at the Boston University Graduate School of Social Work. He sought advanced clinical credentials in order to bring the Behavioral Health products to life for clients, families, referral sources as well as investors.
