Troy is the current President, CEO and Visionary Leader of the Los Angeles Mission (LAM). He is responsible for the overall strategic and operational responsibility for LAM’s staff, programs, expansion, and execution of its mission. Troy has have developed and possess a deep knowledge of homeless and justice sectors, and provides direct oversight of LAM’s core programs, operations, and business plans.
He is also the Executive Director and Chair and one of the founders of the Los Angeles Regional Reentry Partnership (LARRP), a network of over 700 organizations throughout Los Angeles County. LARRP is dedicated to creating viable housing and employment solutions and system-wide change for formerly justice-involved individuals.
